Wild Liger Buster (Wild Liger + Buster Eagle Parts)

Zoids Wild and Zoids Fuzors parts actually work together. What was a simple question asked on the Zoids Discord server, opened the gates to potential customization options.

These are going to be the Buster Eagle parts you’ll need.

Now, remove the shoulder armor and rear claws from the liger.

We’re going to insert the Eagle claws to the rear legs.

Then to secure the claws, put on the caps on the inside of the joint.

Now insert the little grey pieces onto the hip armor peg. You may need to apply some force. Maybe even remove the armor part, insert the grey piece, and then put back the armor.

Now we are going to connect the Buster Cannons. Make sure you insert the upper peg into the smaller hole.

And there you go. That’s Wild Liger Buster!

Oh yeah, it walks too.

ZW12 Death Rex

The big bad Zoid of the first Wild Anime, Death Rex is one of the “large size” Zoids from the Zoids Wild toyline. Second big Zoid released after Grachiosaururs.

While not as big as classic large Zoids like the Ultrasaurus or Deathsaurer, the Death Rex is a pretty decent size, probably closer to a Death Stinger. Assembly is fairly simple, despite the kit being on the bigger side, the amount of parts isn’t as much as a that of a classic kit. The parts are just chunky sized!

The Death Rex also has one of the coolest gimmicks in my opinion, with it’s jaws opening up revealing a mouth cannon of sorts that spins and lights up, and the “claw like wings” on its shoulders move forward to cover the sides of the face.

ZW01 Wild Liger Extreme Release Form (Clear Ver.)

Wild Liger Extreme Release Form, or Clear Wild Liger like most in the fandom call it. This release is one of the CoroCoro 100 limited kits from a monthly sweepstakes, and has become one of the most sought after kits of the wild line.

It is so far the only fully clear Zoids Wild model. The beautiful blue on colorless clear make it a very beautiful peace.

ZW01 Wild Liger Blade

Based on the iconic Blade Liger from the “New Japanese Release” (NJR), and protagonist Zoid of the first anime. The Wild Liger Blade was the first armor set released in the promotional campaign tied to the japanese arcade game Zoids Wild Battle Card Hunter. What better way to start a line of armors that are in a sense, a tribute to what came before, than with one of the most well known Zoids!

It is inspired by the Saber Tiger of the “New Japanese Release” (NJR) that launched in 1999.

ZW16 Hunter Wolf Command

The caps I have on mine are actually leftovers from a Geno Ritter kit. An example of older Zoids stuff working on the newer!

The Hunter Wolf Command armor was given out as part of the promotional campaign for the Zoids Wild Battle Card Hunter Arcade game.

The armor is a tribute to the classic Command Wolf of the 80’s and late 90’s/early 2000’s releases.
