The big bad Zoid of the first Wild Anime, Death Rex is one of the “large size” Zoids from the Zoids Wild toyline. Second big Zoid released after Grachiosaururs.
While not as big as classic large Zoids like the Ultrasaurus or Deathsaurer, the Death Rex is a pretty decent size, probably closer to a Death Stinger. Assembly is fairly simple, despite the kit being on the bigger side, the amount of parts isn’t as much as a that of a classic kit. The parts are just chunky sized!
The Death Rex also has one of the coolest gimmicks in my opinion, with it’s jaws opening up revealing a mouth cannon of sorts that spins and lights up, and the “claw like wings” on its shoulders move forward to cover the sides of the face.
I also had a Custom Death Rex armor made, you can find it here.
Wild Liger Extreme Release Form, or Clear Wild Liger like most in the fandom call it. This release is one of the CoroCoro 100 limited kits from a monthly sweepstakes, and has become one of the most sought after kits of the wild line.
It is so far the only fully clear Zoids Wild model. The beautiful blue on colorless clear make it a very beautiful peace.
The instructions this version of Wild Liger brings are the same as the standard first release.

Based on the iconic Blade Liger from the “New Japanese Release” (NJR), and protagonist Zoid of the first anime. The Wild Liger Blade was the first armor set released in the promotional campaign tied to the japanese arcade game Zoids Wild Battle Card Hunter. What better way to start a line of armors that are in a sense, a tribute to what came before, than with one of the most well known Zoids!

Fang Tiger Saber was an armor set given out as part of the promotional campaign for the japanese arcade game Zoids Wild Battle Card Hunter.
It is inspired by the Saber Tiger of the “New Japanese Release” (NJR) that launched in 1999.

One of the Coro Coro 100 limited armor sets given during a monthly sweeptakes, Fang Tiger Wild Tiger form was given out in a bag alongside a boxed Fang Tiger kit.
The Fang Tiger White Tiger is actually a version of the Zoid showcased in the Zoids Wild manga serialized by CoroCoro.

The Hunter Wolf Command armor was given out as part of the promotional campaign for the Zoids Wild Battle Card Hunter Arcade game.
The armor is a tribute to the classic Command Wolf of the 80’s and late 90’s/early 2000’s releases.

The Black Lion Sticker set was given away as a purchase bonus when buying 2,000 yen or more of Zoids Wild kits at qualifying retailers. This bonus campaign started on March 3rd 2019 and most likely ran until supplies lasted.
One thing I’ve been personally doing with my sticker variant Ligers is putting a different set of caps on most of them. For this one I went with the Death Metal black caps, also from another bonus campaign.
Despite it being a sales bonus item, this sticker set quickly went up in price and started to become harder to come by as time went on. Unlike the Blue Flame Sticker set, original Blue and Black bonus caps and the Wild Liger Blue Thunder Version, all which are extremely easy to find as of this writing (9/2/19).

The Awakened Wild Liger is more of an update on the first one. With a much better gold paint, and more shiny blue and an improved motor, it is the version of the Wild Liger I would recommend getting if you just want one Wild Liger and have no interest in variants.
Seriously Wild Liger variants are a rabbit hole you want to avoid.
The one I got ended up being a Korean release, despite buying it of Amazon Japan. There is virtually no difference between Korean releases and Japanese ones. Only minor thing with the Awakened Wild Liger is a booklet the Japanese release had. (Which was why I bought it of Amazon Japan, but oh well).
As of this post (August 2019) the Awakening Wild Liger, being a limited run, has become harder to find and the price for it has been going up. If you manage to find one, regardless of release, for a good deal, I highly recommend it.
The instructions that come with this version of the kit are the same that come with the standard initial release.
